Breaking down the basics. Whether you're an experienced yogi or someone who's hesitant to go to a yoga class, this is the class for you! Come to learn the actions that help you safely engage with some of yoga's staple poses, and gain comfort while in them. We'll also talk about words like 'flow' and 'vinyasa' and how they relate to the poses. Join us to delve into the physical in a safe and optimal way.
