Billie Prtizker

Billie Pritzker was elected to Eastside Board of Directors in 2025. Since receiving her MBA from the Carlson School of Management in 2018, Billie has worked in a variety of strategy and innovation roles at 3M and Target, focusing on sustainability. She is an avid cook, which inspires her interest in farming, food systems and (the reduction of) food waste. She lives in the Holland Neighborhood of Northeast with her husband and young daughter.
