Joleen Baker (Incumbent)

Joleen was elected to the board in 2021. Her interest in local, sustainable food blossomed in the Fargo-Moorhead community where she worked on an organic vegetable farm and served on a commission pursuing food justice and sustainability in the community. She is currently working as Director of Sales and Purchasing at Co-op Partners Warehouse. Joleen lives in Fridley with her husband, dog, and chickens. Together, they enjoy gardening, watching baseball and hockey, and taking long walks.
