Their butter lettuce has tender, soft leaves with a mild hint of sweetness & bitterness. Their beet microgreens combine an earthy taste with the flavor of baby spinach.

The Painted Desert Cheddar is infused with Southwestern seasonings. The Queso Fresco is a cheese that is often used in Mexican dishes and is mild and made for melting.
