This smoothie is rich and protein filled thanks to the peanut butter, and packs an adaptogenic punch from ashwagandha and maca. To make it, you'll need:
-1 Banana
-1 Cup Blueberries
-1-2 Cups Vanilla Almond Milk
-Handful of Spinach
-1-2 tsp Ashwagandha Powder
-1-2 tsp Maca Powder
-1 tbsp Peanut Butter
-Dash of Cinnamon
