Join David Motzenbecker of Motz Studios for a 2-hour immersive, meditative, and therapeutic forest walk inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku. This experience will help you slow down and connect with your senses in the healing, stress-reducing beauty of a lesser-known part of the Twin Cities. Leave your phones behind and reawaken your connection with the natural world through unique invitations. You'll have the opportunity to share your experiences and create lasting memories to draw upon in the future. You'll return from the walk feeling renewed and refreshed.
