Kwati Pani Roti (Nepali Mixed Beans Soup)
Ishwari will teach how to make a combination of the traditional Nepali bean soup, Kwati, along with Pani Roti, a soup featuring hand-pulled noodles. This hearty, nourishing and comforting one-pot dish is perfect for winter and includes a few specific Himalayan spices for warmth and typical Nepali taste. In Nepal, traditionally Kwati is made with nine different sprouted beans but for this class we will improvise.
