Liza Docken has practiced yoga for more than 15 years and has trained in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Ayurveda, and yoga philosophy. She brings a thoughtful approach to her classes that combines breathing and meditation with gentle movement. Her classes are designed to help you move through asana with mindfulness, leaving you feeling centered and relaxed.

Our yoga class is an inclusive space. All bodies and abilities are welcome. Please bring your own mat.

To provide a meaningful experience for all attendees, space is limited to 10.

In line with our commitment to equity, we're transitioning to a sliding-scale pricing model for our yoga classes. This change reflects our dedication to making wellness practices accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, while still being able to compensate our instructors fairly.

What is Sliding Scale Pricing? Sliding scale pricing allows individuals to choose a price point for our classes based on their financial means. By offering a range of prices, we aim to accommodate a diverse range of budgets while ensuring the sustainability of our offerings.

Why Sliding Scale? We recognize that financial barriers can hinder access to wellness practices. By implementing sliding scale pricing, we hope to remove these barriers and create an inclusive space where everyone feels welcome and valued, while still being able to compensate our instructors.

How It Works: When registering for our classes, you'll have the option to select a price point that aligns with your financial situation. We ask that you be mindful of the limited spaces available at each price point to ensure fairness and accessibility for all in our community. Please be mindful of the resources required to sustain our offerings as you make your selection.

Our community room has limited seating, and many of our events and classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 3 days before your scheduled event or class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another participant. You may e-mail us at info@eastsiefood.coop to cancel.

Cancellations made more than 3 days before the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 48-72 hours before the event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 48 hours or less will not receive a refund.
