Join Ishwari to make samosas, a fried or baked pastry with a savory filling of potatoes, onions and peas. A popular snack, appetizer or an entrée in many parts of the world, samosa can be a perfect way to spend an evening virtually traveling to other parts of the world. You will also make Nepali-style “aloo pakodas” in this class.
The class will be recorded and available for 7 days after the original class date. Participants will receive a zoom link and ingredient list the week of the class so they may follow along and cook with Ishwari.
