Intro to Sourdough
Join our friends from Baker’s Fields for an Intro to Sourdough!
In this class, we will cover the importance of flour choice, maintaining your own starter, managing dough fermentation, and baking your loaves at home. This class is perfect for bakers who are new to sourdough or novice bakers who want to further develop their knowledge of sourdough breads.
You will receive a bag of flour to take home and start your Sourdough journey!
Our community room has limited seating, and many of our events and classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 3 days before your scheduled event or class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another participant. You may e-mail us at info@eastsidefood.coop to cancel.
Cancellations made more than 3 days before the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 48-72 hours before the event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours or less will not receive a refund.
