Recipes covered in this demonstration style class include Kai Jeow, a Thai omelet, Pad Pak, a stir fry of broccoli, tofu and peanuts, and Gaeng Jued, bean thread noodle soup with tofu and pork meatballs. Joe will talk about sourcing ingredients and making your favorite Thai flavors accessible to the home cook.
