Explore the rich cuisine of Thailand with Joe, owner of Sen Yai Sen Lek. Through this demonstration class, you will learn how to make two versions Tom Yum, a hot and sour soup. One recipe is plant-based featuring tofu, and the other is pescatarian friendly with shrimp. Add this Thai staple to your fall soup rotation as the weather cools off.
