rachel anderson began baking professionally in nyc more than 10 years ago. after working and managing a wholesale cupcake business and writing a nachos cookbook, ultimate nachos, rachel moved to minneapolis in 2014 with her husband and fellow cook, yoji. rachel continued to work at various well-known restaurants in minneapolis including birchwood cafe, revival, and bellecour."
