Join us for a hands on fermentation class. This class with cover the basics of the process, answer all of your questions and calm all of your fears. Participants will get to take their own project home.
Jim has had a long career in food and the arts. He was director of fermentation at GYST, was sole operator of Topos Ferments, and has consulted with restaurants and individuals on fermentation programs. He has taught many fermentation classes and guided dozens of individuals through the process.
